It is because of MSMEs in India today N95 masque and PPT kit, rapid test kit which we had initially ordered from China but China gave us all these counterfeit goods but in today's time our MSME companies have 6 lakh N95 masks per day, PPT kit is making rapid test kit. That is why the Prime Minister of our country Shri Narendra Modi ji and our Industry Minister Shri Nirmala Sitharaman ji have said that we will give a lot of boost to MSMEs.

So let us understand what has been promoted to MSMEs: - The first rule of MSME was told in 2006 that whom you will keep in micro and whom you will keep in small and medium.
Medium company will have to pay 12% tax to the government
And smaller companies than that will have to pay 10% tax to the government and micro companies will have to pay 8% tax to the government.
Let us understand what happens according to the old rule, micro industry and small industry and medium industry.

 Old Rule

 Benefits of MSMEs:-

(2):- The interest rate of the loan given to them Happens very little.
(3):- Incotax also has to be given very less.
(4):- The government gives license to MSMEs quickly.
(5):- They are recognized by the government and Certificate is also available.
